1- You must seriously do some excercises and remember that something is better than nothing .
2- Don`t eat much as u do , just make it less and you will simply lose weight .
It isnot very complicated matter .
3- Understand your food and be smart because not only eating less will satisfy you , but also your choice for the food you eat will be effective , so make it lighter ;) .
4- Have a break when going on your way of weight loss .
5- When doing exercices keep smart and don`t forget these three points :
* Harder exercice is better than longer one .
* Never miss warm ups .
* Good form with weight training is essential for safety.
6- Reward yourself every week by having an exploding meal :D .
7- Make the food that attract you away and remember these words "Out of sight out of mind" .
8- Protein is awesome (^_^) because it doesn't spike your blood sugar and isn`t stored easily like fats .
9- Very important to drink more water as this stops your bodey from retaining water under skin and makes digestion easier .
10- Make it a chalenge to lose weight as you will do your best when being competitive .
