have your breakfast and never worry.


A U.S. research has proved that the Widespread belief among youth that abstaining from eating breakfast is the way to Weight loss ,but the opposite is true.
  
This study , which lasted for five years and has Been applied to more than two thousand young concluded that, those who don`t have their breakfast gain 2-3 kg more than the others who are accustomed to have breakfast.

This research that was done in University of Minnesota explained that those who have their breakfast Whether they are old or young people are more likely to be thin than the others.
