10 important advices for better health

Be sure to your breakfast which helps you be active in your work and care to have a glass of fresh milk

Make fruit and vegetables and plant foods the largest share of your food, less meat to have better health

Do not overly in the food and avoid overeating, and make the third stomach of food, and one third of the water, and one third of the air - as  the Messenger of Allah "muhammed" peace be upon him guided us to

  devide the water into three times 
 
try to have an entertaining hobby it has to ensure  
you Permanent youth
make a Part of your time for exercise to renew your vitality and activity and to have a Sound body
Do not think about your illness, the treatment in your hands, and far from your mind the idea of ​​the disease completely
Early aging has one way which is boredom, and emptiness so engage your leisure time with hobbies beneficial
