Red fruit is rich in vitamins and antioxidants


A french research told that red fruits of summer is rich in vitamins and antioxidants that helps prevent wrinkles and provides water needed by the body and maintains the softness of the skin.

This fruit is cherries, strawberries, blueberries and red grapes rich in fiber.

The red fruit is rich in potassium, a lack of sodium and diuretic which helps combat the water storage in the body as it has low sugar and strengthen blood vessels, which avoids 
 the pain when the legs lead to the high temperature 
 swelling.
