Proteins reduce the risk of cancer


Recent medical researches have shown that a  pattern of low carbohydrate diet of starches and sugars, and high-protein, reduces the risk of cancer and slows the growth of existing tumors.

According to this study, the introduction of some minor amendments to the kind of food can have a positive impact on public health.

This study is consistent with another study published in the journal "Cancer Research" and confirm that the change of food components has many therapeutic benefits.

And concluded that studies to this conclusion after transplantation of cancer cells in two groups of mice, and received both the amount of food is different from the other, the first they contain 55% carbohydrates and 23% proteins, 22% fat, while the second contains the rate of protein higher up to 58 % and less than the proportion of carbohydrates to 15% and up to 27% fat.

The researchers discovered after a period of time that the growth of tumor cells of cancer has been slow in mice diet the second low-carb, high protein, because the diet low-carb high-protein has the potential to enhance the ability of the immune system to kill cancer cells, as well as the prevention of obesity that lead to chronic inflammation and cancers.
