This protectorate is located at the confluence of the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba, and represents the eastern edge of Ras Mohamed rocky wall with the waters of the Gulf, which has the coral reefs, and there are mangrove channel that separates the peninsula of Ras Mohammed and the island of Baarh length of about 250 m . The area is characterized by beaches of Ras Mohammed reefs in the deep ocean water of Ras Mohammed and the colorful fish and sea turtles which are endangered and rare water , And the surrounding coral reefs of Ras Mohammed all aspects of marine and configuration are unique when this configuration has a significant impact in shaping the region's natural life as a landslide, "earthquakes" forme water caves below the island is also considered a home to many protected birds and animals : Such as the Nubian ibex in mountain areas and the types of small mammals, reptiles and insects, which appear only at night, and that the protectorate is considered a home to many important birds such as gulls

Tiran Island

about 6 km from the eastern coast of Sinai, it`s one of the islands and coral reefs, floating and consists of old basement rocks of granite  and disappear under the covers of sedimentary rocks and the sources of water in the island is limited such as rainfall and the winter floods, which accumulate in the drilling rock formed by rain

Proteins reduce the risk of cancer

Recent medical researches have shown that a  pattern of low carbohydrate diet of starches and sugars, and high-protein, reduces the risk of cancer and slows the growth of existing tumors.

According to this study, the introduction of some minor amendments to the kind of food can have a positive impact on public health.

This study is consistent with another study published in the journal "Cancer Research" and confirm that the change of food components has many therapeutic benefits.
